1、 Product Introduction:
The fire extinguisher produced by Nantong Beca Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is manufactured according to the requirements of GB4351-2023, and is a widely used and highly effective fire extinguisher. In addition to effectively extinguishing various initial fires caused by oils, flammable liquids, combustible gases, and electrical equipment, it can also effectively extinguish fires caused by solid combustible materials such as wood, paper, and fibers. It is an essential firefighting equipment for ships, vehicles, warehouses, factories, shopping malls, and other places. Ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguishing agent has the characteristics of fluidity, long storage period, resistance to moisture and clumping, and good insulation. 3、 Instructions for use:
1. The storage environment temperature is -20 ℃ to 60 ℃; Do not be exposed to scorching sun, close to fire sources, or subjected to severe vibrations.   
2. Fire extinguishers should be placed securely and stored in a well ventilated and dry location 
3. Regularly check whether the insurance pin and lead seal are intact, whether the pressure value meets the requirements (normal is green area, red area is low pressure, yellow area is high pressure), and whether the components are loose, deformed, corroded or damaged. 
4. If the pressure pointer is found to be below the green zone, it should be refilled. Once opened, it must be refilled. Under normal pressure conditions, the service life of the fire extinguisher should not exceed 5 years. After the expiration of 5 years, the bottle head valve, nozzle, etc. should be checked for damage every two years or before refilling, and the cylinder should be checked for rust; And conduct a 2.1MPa water pressure test. If it fails, it should be scrapped.
5. The maintenance or refilling of fire extinguishers should be carried out by qualified professional fire maintenance departments or manufacturers, and users are not allowed to disassemble or repair them without authorization.

4、 Operation method:
1. Remove the lead seal, pull out the safety pin, and the operator stands 3-5 meters upwind of the flame.
2. Hold the nozzle (horn) with your left hand and aim it at the root of the flame. Press the handle with your right hand to spray the fire extinguishing agent. Simultaneously swing the nozzle (horn) appropriately to sweep the fire extinguishing agent across the entire flame base and gradually move forward.
3. In case of multiple open flames, you can move the position to ignite the ignition point until the flame point is completely extinguished and no fire is left, to prevent reignition.     
1) When the combustible liquid being extinguished is burning in a flowing state, the user should aim at the edge of the flowing combustible liquid and start shooting from near to far towards the root of the flame, then quickly advance from left to right until the flame is completely extinguished.
2) If a flammable liquid burns in a container, the flame should be shaken left and right and sprayed. When the flame separates from the liquid level of the flammable liquid, the jet should follow the flame and spray until the flame is completely extinguished. However, it should be noted that the jet should not be directly sprayed onto the combustion liquid surface to prevent the impact of the fire extinguishing agent from flushing the flammable liquid out of the container and expanding the fire, causing difficulties in extinguishing the fire.
3) If extinguishing the initial fire of combustible solid materials, the jet should be directed towards the most intense burning area. After the flame is extinguished, measures should be taken in a timely manner to prevent it from reigniting.
4) When extinguishing an electrical fire, the power supply should be cut off first.
4. After extinguishing the fire, release the handle of the fire extinguisher and stop spraying.
5. When using a fire extinguisher, the head should face upwards and the inclination should not be too large. It is strictly prohibited to use it upside down or flat.

5、 Attention:
1. When extinguishing flammable liquid fires, do not operate against the wind and avoid impacting the liquid surface to prevent splashing and injuring people.
2. Once the fire extinguisher is turned on, it cannot be stored or reused. It must be refilled and inspected by a qualified distributor or manufacturer before it can be used.
3. We should strengthen inspections and check whether the pressure meets the requirements, whether the nozzle is damaged, and whether there is obvious rust on the appearance.
4. To ensure the normal use and personal safety of fire extinguishers, it is strictly prohibited to use them for playful activities or play, and non professionals are strictly prohibited from opening or dismantling them at will.
