Product Overview
The FHA-100A fire hose wear tester is a hose testing equipment developed in accordance with the national standard GB6246-2026 "Fire hoses".
This equipment fully matches the wear resistance test clause 7.11.1 of GB 6246-2026 "Fire hoses" and replaces the old version of GB6246-2011 testing device. It is suitable for wear resistance type inspection and factory inspection of Class I fire hoses;
This equipment is suitable for factory inspection, type testing, and scientific research testing of fire protection product production enterprises, quality inspection institutions, and scientific research units.

·Applicable nominal inner diameter of water hose: 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 90, 100
·Water pressure source: Three plunger pressure testing pump, working pressure ≥ 1.0 MPa, fluctuation ≤ 0.05 MPa
·Reciprocating mechanism: rodless cylinder drive, stroke ≥ 230 mm (adjustable), frequency 50-60 times/min (adjustable)
·Grinding rod/friction strip: 25 × 300 mm, pasted with GB/T 9258.3 P240 abrasive belt
·Floating guidance: The overall reciprocating mechanism is installed on two longitudinal linear guides, which can float up and down with a loading force of 105 N
